Social Stretch Goal Unlocked – Sample One-Shot

Hi everyone,
The final hours of the campaign are proving to be very exciting! We just unlocked our final social stretch goal by reaching 3,500 backers! This is a staggering level of support, and we are incredibly grateful to every one of you! As a thank you, we are releasing another FREE sample one-shot for you all to try. Read on to find out how you can download this latest session outline.
Making a Scene
As the curtain falls on this campaign, we thought we'd share this theatrical session based around a talent show suffering some technical mishaps! It's a great choice for new players who are still getting to grips with their abilities, or to provide more established players a bit of light relief in a heavy campaign. It even features an awesome map from Venatus Maps!
This will be my final update on stretch goals! However, as one stage of this adventure closes, another begins... stick around for more updates about the post-campaign pledge manager, as well as the creation and fulfilment of your rewards.

Stretch Goal Unlocked – World Map

We did it! We unlocked the final funding stretch goal for One-ShotWonders!
With less than 48 hours left on the campaign, we are thrilled that we can now offer backers this final element to make your one-shot sessions better than ever. Huge thanks to everyone who has pledged their support and helped us achieve this incredible target.
World Map
We will now be mapping out an original world that your One-Shot Wonders adventures can take place in. This world can serve as a setting for any session prompt in the book, helping you set the scene and offering a fun way to link standalone stories. As this world is optional, you can choose to set your sessions within it, but the sessions will all work just as well in any homebrew/official campaign settings you may already be using!
Anyone who has pledged for a copy of One-Shot Wonders (digital or physical) will benefit from this stretch goal, as the map will be included within the book. We'll also make the map available as a separate add-on to purchase in the pledge manager, as both a fold-out sheet and a digital format for use on VTT platforms (exact price to be confirmed in the pledge manager). However, if you've already pledged for the ONE-SHOT HEROES tier, you'll get these automatically included with your rewards.
The world map will be drawn by the fabulous cartographer Venatus Maps, whose wonderful work has already featured across this campaign. We can’t wait to see the world map come to life!
What's next?
While the World Map was our final funding stretch goal, the campaign isn't over, and there's still time to unlock our final social stretch goal! If we can reach 3,500 backers (just 100 to go!), we'll release a THIRD sample one-shot. 'Making a Scene' is a hilarious session that requires the party to take part in a talent show while chaos unfolds backstage.

A Rude Awakening
Dark, dangerous mine shafts filled with monsters... is there anything more tempting to a party of adventurers?! Sam playtested this one-shot for some friends last week, and they were certainly excited to dive into the action! Download our latest sample session via this link or the button on our campaign page. If you run this mining mission, be sure to let us know how it goes!
So, what's next? Take a look at our upcoming stretch goals below:
Funding Goal - £150,000
If we reach this campaign total, we'll create an original world map to serve as an optional setting for any adventure in One-ShotWonders. If unlocked, the map will be printed in the book, so anyone who has pledged for a digital or physical copy of One-ShotWonders will benefit. The map will also be made available as a separate add-on in the pledge manager, in both fold-out and digital formats for your physical and virtual tabletops.
This is our final stretch goal for this project, so it would be amazing to unlock this and be able to provide GMs with a wonderful addition to their adventures.
Social Goal - 3,500 backers
We also have one more social goal remaining. If we reach 3,500 backers, we'll release a THIRD sample one-shot. 'Making a Scene' is a hilarious session that requires the party to take part in a talent show while chaos unfolds backstage. This is the perfect light-hearted adventure to follow the terrors of 'A Rude Awakening'!

New Social Stretch Goal Announced!

Hi all,
Hope everyone is doing well. We are really excited that there are now 2,500people supporting One-Shot Wonders! To celebrate this growing community and to bring even more wonderful folks onboard, we are adding new social stretch goals to the campaign.
Early release one-shot
If you can help us to spread the word about One-Shot Wonders campaign to other game masters, players and RPG enthusiasts, we will release more sample one-shot adventures from the book for everyone to enjoy! Our first social stretch goal will unlock if we hit 2,750 backers (+250 from our current total) and our second will unlock at 3,500 backers (+1,000 from our current total). Together, we can definitely hit these goals!
We’ve had great feedback on our initial sample adventure, "Fishy Business". If we’re successful in this next social stretch goal, we’ll release another of the early adventures currently in development. "Rude Awakening" is an exciting dungeon crawl through a magma-filled mine... but players should beware not to rouse its hibernating inhabitant.

Hi all,
Hope you are all well! Since launching the campaign, we've been so busy we've hardly had a moment to reflect on all the excitement. So we thought we'd take a minute and share some of our recent campaign highlights.
Physical samples
We recently received some physical samples of the book from a prospective printer, so we wanted to share a sneak peek with everyone! It's an early prototype as much of the content is still to be written, but gives a good sense of the size and scale of this A4, hardback tome (A4 is 210 x 297 mm or 8 ¼ x 11¾ inches). Thanks to our early stretch goal success, we'll also now be able to add gold foiling to the cover.

Tabletop Gaming Live
Last weekend we had a stand at Tabletop Gaming Live in Manchester (UK) which was an amazing opportunity to meet other RPG fans and creators. We chatted to lots of people about One-Shot Wonders, showed off the physical book sample and were thrilled to hear from people who have already backed the campaign! If you saw us at the show, let us know in the comments!
